How does a school partner with Support Lunch?
If you are a school with lunch debt and would like to partner with Support Lunch, simply email info@SupportLunch.org. Please include your school name, city, state, and total school lunch debt.
Where do funds come from to pay off lunch debt?
Support Lunch relies entirely on donations from community members and businesses to eliminate school lunch debt within the schools we work with.
Will Support Lunch pay off the lunch debt of my entire school?
Because Support Lunch relies entirely on donations from community members and local businesses, we are not always able to eliminate the entire lunch debt for a given school or district.
When and how are funds delivered from Support Lunch to a school?
Support Lunch receives donations throughout the year. Our team reviews donation reports at the beginning of each month, and funds raised will be distributed in December.
Can Support Lunch pay off the lunch debt of an individual child?
Unfortunately, Support Lunch can only work with schools to distribute funds and pay off school lunch debt. At this time, we are unable to work directly with individuals or families.
How much of my donation goes toward paying off school lunch debt?
At this time, 100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly toward eliminating school lunch debt. Support Lunch has no paid staff or overhead, allowing us to give 100% back to schools throughout your community.
What does it cost to partner with Support Lunch?
Partnering with Support Lunch is completely FREE! We have no hidden fees or costs, and 100% of donations received go directly to a school lunch debt.
